These Terms govern your use of the DiceCliq mobile application ("DiceCliq", "the app", "we", "us"). By installing or using DiceCliq you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please uninstall the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use DiceCliq, and at least 18 years old to use any paid features (none in the current free release). You must provide a valid phone number that you control.
The current release of DiceCliq is free. There are no in-app purchases, no wagering, no subscriptions, and no real-money rewards. Any future paid features will be introduced under separate terms and only with your explicit consent.
Game outcomes use a server-authoritative deterministic dice roll engine. Tampering with the app, the network, or the game state to influence outcomes is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension or removal.
The DiceCliq name, logo, graphics, board art, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal entertainment only.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing support@dicecliq.com.
DiceCliq is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us — which, in this free release, is zero.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the in-app update banner. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
