Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the DiceCliq mobile application ("DiceCliq", "the app", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use it. By installing and using DiceCliq, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

To create your account and run multiplayer matches, we collect:

Phone number — used for one-time SMS verification through Firebase Authentication.
Display name and avatar — chosen by you, shown to your opponents in matches.
Gameplay data — match outcomes, dice rolls, turn history, used to run the game and show your statistics.
Device and diagnostic data — Android version, app version, anonymous crash and performance reports, used only to diagnose problems.

DiceCliq does not request access to your contacts, location, photos, microphone, or camera.

2. How we use this information

To authenticate you on sign-in and keep your session active across launches.
To match you with other players or AI opponents for 2P / 4P games.
To show your in-game profile and match history.
To detect bugs and improve stability and performance.
To comply with applicable law when required.

3. Third-party services

DiceCliq uses a small number of trusted third-party services strictly to operate the app:

Google Firebase Authentication — phone-number OTP verification.
Google Firebase Crashlytics — anonymous crash reports.
New Relic — anonymous performance telemetry.

These providers process your data under their own privacy policies. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any other party.

4. In-app purchases and payments

The current release of DiceCliq is a free game. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no real-money wagering, and no payment information is collected by this app.

5. Data retention

We keep your account, profile, and gameplay records for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account from the app, your phone number, display name, avatar, and gameplay records are removed from our systems within 30 days.

6. Children's privacy

DiceCliq is rated 12+ and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Reach us at support@dicecliq.com with the phone number associated with your account, and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Authentication uses short-lived access tokens with refresh-token rotation. Despite these safeguards no system is perfectly secure; please use a strong screen lock on your device.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app and via the in-app update banner. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
